WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Long-term experience behind the bar(but not limited to) in a high end venue in a similar role or as head bartender in a high volume venue


• Knowledge of regulations related to alcohol service


• Passion and knowledge of non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers; of their history and twists


• Awareness of market trends, ability to contribute to new and existing drink lists alongside bar manager


• Passionate about staff training and development, eagerness to maintain the highest standards


• Experience with stock control and ordering
