Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a digital marketing specialist to join the Notion Platform team. You will lead on key digital marketing tasks such as social media strategy, email marketing and content creation, as well as supporting special projects such as events and report launches. There is the possibility for extension beyond 12 months, with further career growth opportunities across our portfolio of 100+ companies.

• Paid Ads Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, targeting founders within our nurture lists. This includes updating adverts, tracking results, and optimizing for maximum impact.
• Website Management: Manage the Notion website day-to-day by ensuring the homepage is up-to-date, creating landing pages, and adding articles and content.
• Reporting: Produce regular reports on website performance, social media metrics and content engagement.
• Email Marketing: Lead our email marketing efforts, coordinating our monthly newsletter campaign, gearing content towards our key audiences.
• Social Media Management: Drive our social media strategy, particularly across LinkedIn and X.
• Digital Content: Produce creative content, including videos, graphics, and social media assets.
• Notion SEO Strategy: Collaborate with SEO experts to develop and implement an SEO plan, driving organic traffic to our platforms.
• CRM Management: Ensure CRM is up to date and the marketing funnel is being tracked. Share trackable results of our audience through our marketing funnel.

Requirements

• A passion for digital marketing and an appetite to learn.

• Comfortable with being self-sufficient and taking end-to-end ownership of projects, as well as being a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Working proficiency in the following (or similar) tools: Hubspot (CRM), Canva (Design), Zapier (Automation).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience - working within startups or VC would be a bonus, but not essential.
• Nice to have: Strong knowledge of media production including formats, tools and more.
