Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Scrum Master /Squad Lead This position reports to The Sourcing and Contracting Technical Product Owner (TPO) and sits within Corporate Technology. The role will be responsible for x1 Capacity Squad focused on the Keelvar (Sourcing) and Contracting (Malbek) Product and Ecoystem About Kenvue: Kenvue is the worlds largest pure-play consumer health company by revenue. Location: India, Karnataka, Bangalore Travel %: none Pay: xxx (if compliant with country laws) What you will do: We are seeking an experience and motivated Scrum Master/Squad Lead to join and manage our IT capacity team for our Sourcing and Contracting applications (Keelvar and Malbek). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile methodology, strong background in IT operations and proven track record of connecting and leading across cross-functional team to deliver scalable solutions and application stability. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the teams efficiency, removing roadblocks and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You will have day to day ownership of the teams productivity and workload. Key Responsibilities: Faciltitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews) to ensure smooth team operations and alignment Coach and build the team around Agile Practice to ensure team effiecancy Ensure effective capacity planning by tracking team velocity, working to and assigning task story points, idenitfiying resource needs and ensuring proper ulitisation of the team members across different sprints and projects. Work closely with stakeholders (Product Owner, Application Reliabilty, Integration Team, ECC team leads etc) to ensure that the team works aligns with business objectives, the solution roadmap and capacity constraints for optimial ROI. Monitor Team performance through key metrics (OKRS), identify and signal roadblocks, and facilitate continuous improvement to maintain and enhane team productivity Remove obstacles that impede the teams progress, ensuring the they are able to meet the their sprint goals without delay . Comminicate progress and risks effectively to leadership (TPO, BPO) providing insights into demand timelines and constraints. Manage cross-functional dependencies and hand-offs between squads, ensuring that the teams are aligned and collobarating effectively Foster a culture of collaboration (people first), innovation (leading with data) and accountability (owner-mindset) to deliver high quality IT services. What we are looking for Required Qualifications: Srum Master Certified by an accredited body. Three to Five plus years of experience as a Scrum Master, Squad Lead or Agile Project Manager ideally leading dedicated capacity management teams Strong Experience managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, removing blockers, etc. Understanding of Agile methodology and frameworks (SCRUM/Kanban/SAFe) and the ability to adapt them to to apply in practical team-specific contexts. Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional, self-organized teams. Familiarity with IT Capacity planning, tools and techniques. Strong Experience with Atalassian suite (Jira, Confluence, XRay) Experience working at pace in a global work environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Abiilty to Coach and mentor teams toward best practice Desired Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or another related field Agile Certiifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) Product/Digital expertise: Foundational skills in data engineering, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, and emerging technology What is in it for you: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $XXX to $YYY.
