Job Description
Personal Assistant to CEO Managing diary Managing emails Setting up appointments Travel arrangements Taking dictation Running and organising of daily life Taking Minutes of meetings Attending Marketing meetings (every Wednesday at 9:30am) on zoom and taking minutes and sending out minutes of marketing meetings to all involved as well as sharing creative ideas for new campaigns etc. Arranging and co-ordinating of events (April June 5 regions travel may be required Viewing venues in Joburg Sourcing venues in other regions Arranging décor for all regions, photographers, catering Arranging and co-ordinating of National Franchisee Meetings (One may be in person which happens in February and rest of the year on zoom and one before each awards) Arranging and co-ordinating of Convention (November travel may be required) Arranging and sending birthday gifts for Franchisee Principals Sending newsclips weekly to Office Managers and Principals Handling general enquiries from clients and network Social media Postings i.e. Facebook, twitter, linkedin, Instagram Blog articles to read and forwarding them onto Prop data to upload to blog Flight bookings for Head office team members when they travel and their car rentals Backup to team when is needed Requirements and skills MS Office and English proficiency Outstanding organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality Ability to work and get the job done without being micro managed
