ASSISTANT MANAGER – MIXED FARMING

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma/Degree Minimum 3 years of farming experience Previous experience with: Cropping maize & soya Livestock cattle Computer literate Somebody who can take ownership, come up with new ideas, and works independently and proactively Being mechanically & maintenance orientated Ability to work with and motivate staff essential Valid drivers license RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: See that planting equipment and Poison Spray remain in good condition Supervise planting process and spraying Do the harvesting in person at harvest time with JD Harvester Gradually get involved in cattle farming Any other duty that may come into question.
