PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

You will evolve into a key and strategic department of a car manufacturer: Aftersales.

The position requires very good coordination of activities internally (links with marketing, technical, quality service, network development, etc.) and externally.

Indeed, you will also support the heads of Aftersales sectors and the dealers of the French network on various business operations. Well empowered, you are fully integrated into a dynamic team and at the heart of SAIC Motor France's AS commercial activity for the MG brand.

This support requires curiosity and a desire to quickly understand how the entire AS service works, as well as a real taste for a challenge.

RESPONSABILITIES

Process Optimization:

• Participate in the optimization of the MG France processes through IT tools, implementation of automated processes to enhance proficiency.

Parts & Accessories:

Participation in the management of the range of Parts & Accessories products (Parts & Accessories management) on each of the following elements:

• Animations and deployment of the range.
• Development and updating of communication media (tariffs, video, leaflet, brochures, e-learning, etc.).
• Comparative studies / benchmark all networks.
• Extraction of figures, sales analysis and reporting.

Aftersales Communication:

Participation in the Aftersales communication strategy:

• Team support on one-off communication operations: seasonal campaigns, accessories campaigns.
• Support in the management of monthly CRM campaigns (if needed).
• Implementation of a marketing and communication report.

Participation in the development and implementation of new communication tools and sales support tools for the dealer network:

• Update of the Aftersales pages on the MG Motor France website.
• Management of the claims
• As back-office support for the field teams, you will also be responsible for responding to specific requests from the network and aftersales teams on products and communication campaigns.

General Aftersales topics:

• Daily monitoring and communication of MG performance via digital tools (Power BI…).
• Management and organization of weekly & monthly sales meetings with AS team.

PROFILE

• Master's level Business or Engineer school, gap year, end-of-study internship.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and the entire office package.
• Strong data analysis and processing ability, good command of analysis software and formulation related.
• Fluent English & French
• Good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with professionals in different cultures
• The spirit of analysis, rigor, strength of proposal, autonomy, teamwork and curiosity will be the essential character traits to carry out your missions
