We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team from November 1, 2024, to work on the launch of a cutting-edge Longevity event. If you are passionate about event management, innovation, and the future of health, this job will offer you the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile event in the HealthTech and biohacking sectors, bringing together key industry leaders and showcasing the latest advancements in technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing the Longevity Event, from conceptualization to execution.
• Support logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and speaker engagement.
• Help manage timelines and ensure the event’s milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop promotional materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and sponsors to ensure smooth communication.
• Assist in managing the event budget, registrations, and attendee communications.
• Contribute to post-event evaluations and reporting.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in event planning or project management.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Project Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
