We have a vacancy for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own, develop and execute our digital marketing strategy – you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all aspects of digital marketing activities, including website, app, SEO, social and display advertising campaigns.


The Role


  • You will have a data first approach & ensure marketing activity is assessed against goals (ROI and KPIs). Ability to predict audience preferences and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across owned and paid channels (including website, app, content, SEO, SEM and paid content partnerships).
  • Develop and complete integrated campaigns to raise brand awareness and build our brand among new and existing customers.
  • Design and lead initiatives to acquire new customers through targeted marketing campaigns, using SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing, enhancing our online presence through effective SEO strategies and working closely with our partners to manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads

  • Drive demand generation efforts, creating compelling campaigns that attract and convert leads into customers, and increase the volume of inbound enquiries.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, and display advertising covering regional and national levels, implementing effective lead generation strategies ensuring high engagement.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media posts, ebooks and reports, case studies, and multimedia content and digital ads to attract leads and increase conversion.
  • Develop and complete SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and direct quality traffic to our website.
  • You will also be responsible for enabling LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok promotions & ensure integration of social media platforms with other marketing channels in campaign planning is met.
  • Identify and lead partnerships for paid content opportunities to expand our reach and visibility.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise and improve results.
  • Ensure marketing communications are joined up across channels and that the customer journey is seamless by working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, sales, comms, research, external partners and design to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective.


The Candidate


  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC, SEO and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and knowledge of the latest trends and improvements in digital marketing.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Degree Educated
