Job Purpose:
The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and supporting our company's continued growth. You will be responsible for managing both administrative and financial systems and processes, creating a welcoming, organised, and efficient office environment. This role supports the team in their day-to-day activities and helps to foster a strong, positive team culture.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and the CEO, you will handle a variety of tasks, from office management to assisting with basic financial functions. Strong organisational, communication, and people skills, alongside excellent attention to detail, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily office operations to ensure an efficient workflow
· Maintain office equipment and manage office supplies, including snacks
· Support the Financial Controller with operational tasks
· Prepare contracts, booking forms, and order forms
· Provide PA support to the CEO and selected external consultants
· Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
· Coordinate team-building activities and TEMBO events
· Handle IT tasks for new starter inductions and leavers' processes
· Reserve meeting rooms and organise company meetings
· Greet clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
· Answer office phones, direct calls, and take messages
· Manage incoming and outgoing post
· Organise physical and digital filing systems
· Support basic financial tasks, including invoice processing (experience with QuickBooks is a plus)

· Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
· Previous experience in office management or administration

Essential Qualifications:
· GCSE English (A-C grade)
· GCSE Maths (A-C grade)
· Experience with office management software or bookkeeping software (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus)
Working Environment:
This is an office-based role located in Vauxhall. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, for a total of 37.5 hours per week. You will receive 20 days of holiday per year, plus statutory bank holidays, with an additional day off on your birthday.
