Overview
We are looking for a Creative Designer & Copywriter who will be responsible for producing visually appealing designs and engaging written content that support the company's marketing objectives. This dual role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can craft compelling stories while also developing cohesive designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in copywriting, graphic design, and content marketing. Experience in creating lead magnets will also be key to attracting and nurturing potential clients.

Core Responsibilities
1. Creative Design
- Visual Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics for the website, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and event materials that align with APW’s branding.
- Lead Magnet Design: Create professional and visually appealing designs for lead magnet assets.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and events teams to ensure that content and visuals support each campaign’s goals.
- Marketing Collateral: Design both digital and print marketing materials, such as banners, flyers, and presentations, to effectively communicate APW's value proposition.
- Brand Development: Help evolve and maintain APW's visual identity to ensure all design work remains consistent and on-brand.
2. Copywriting
- Content Creation: Write persuasive and original copy for various platforms like the website, blog, newsletter, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- SEO Optimization: Write SEO-optimised content to improve APW’s search rankings and drive more organic traffic to the website.
- Research: Conduct thorough research to produce accurate and informative content, making complex property market insights easy to understand for the audience.
- Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all written materials are clear, error-free, and aligned with APW’s goals.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in both copywriting and graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing content and design work.
- Experience creating and designing lead magnets to support marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail in both content and design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them to written content.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the UK property market is a significant advantage.
Preferred but Not Required
- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot.
- Knowledge of social media management platforms and email marketing tools.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in both copywriting and design for digital marketing.
- Understanding of content marketing principles and trends.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: £2,000.00 - £2,500.00 monthly (tax free)
- Travel: One flight back to the home country per year covered by the company.
- Accommodation: Accommodation costs are covered by the company.
