What we are we looking for:
As an EMEA Compensation Partner, you'll collaborate closely with the Global Head of Compensation and the Compensation Manager in the region. Your role will be pivotal in supporting Invesco's diverse business areas, including Investments, Sales, and Enterprise Support Functions. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in managing regulatory-related compensation matters, ensuring compliance across various entities and jurisdictions.
You will be a key player in the Global Compensation team, making a significant impact that extends beyond the EMEA region. Your contributions will be instrumental in the successful execution of compensation plans for our EMEA teams and the broader Invesco organization.
Responsibilities include:
Compensation Management
Comprehensive Analysis - Conduct in-depth analyses of all compensation components, including base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentive plans. Model compensation plans to assess financial and competitive impacts.
Hiring and Retention - Perform competitive analyses to support hiring and retention of senior investment professionals.
Support Investment and Sales Compensation Programs - Work closely with colleagues from the compensation team and support incentive plan administration across different functions and regions.
Annual Compensation Cycle - Play a pivotal role in planning and executing our annual compensation cycle. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and various business functions to ensure a seamless and effective process.
Regulatory Matters
Develop and maintain compensation structures in compliance with UK and EU regulations, including FCA-PRA, EBA, and ESMA guidelines.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including annual disclosure reports, to relevant internal and external parties.
Collaborate closely with HR Leadership, Legal, Risk, Finance, Internal Audit, and Compliance teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to ensure compliant compensation structures and strategies.
Monitor regulatory developments, conduct gap analyses against new and existing regulatory regimes, and update policies and procedures as necessary.
Work closely with the Executive Administrative Team to ensure compliant application of long-term and deferral rules for Material Risk Takers.
Prepare agendas, materials, minutes, etc., for the EMEA Management Compensation Committee to ensure good governance and necessary oversight. Act as secretary to the Committee.
Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management, including all relevant legal entity Boards.

- Ability to work independently; determine necessary analyses, conduct and/or manage analyses and make plan design recommendations; demonstrated project management skills.
