Data Analyst - Power BI/Tableau

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to support business objectives. - Generate meaningful insights by applying basic statistical techniques and data visualization skills. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver relevant data solutions. - Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Assist in data cleaning, preprocessing, and preparation to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis. - Document processes, methodologies, and analysis results to support future data initiatives. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering). Technical Skills : - Proficiency in SQL for querying databases. - Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and preliminary analysis. - Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus but not required. Analytical Skills : - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Soft Skills : - Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Other : - Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Preferred Qualifications : - Any relevant internship experience in data analysis or a related field. - Exposure to data cleaning, wrangling, and preprocessing techniques. - Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
