Senior Site Architect

Requirements: BSc/MSc in Architecture Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience in design production Understand the importance of multi-disciplinary design engagement (architecture, structural, MEP, FLS, ICT/AV, security, BOH, interior design, etc.). Wide experience in International Building Codes and regulations (NFPA, IPC, Eurocode, British Standards, ASHRAE, etc.) Previous experience in GCC countries, especially UAE and Qatar will be an advantage Responsibilities: Update concept drawings, refine BOQ, and review as-built drawings for accuracy Facilitate site and coordination meetings with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication Lead technical meetings and manage design coordination in Revit Assess building needs, advise on feasibility, and present design proposals Utilize Revit, Navisworks, and CAD for efficient design and issue resolution Develop cost estimates, conduct value engineering, and control material quality Produce detailed drawings and specifications with a focus on architectural elements Ensure adherence to standards, codes, and manage deviation approvals Oversee site activities, guiding subcontractors and performing quality checks Select finishes, materials, and prepare tender documents for procurement Manage site operations, QA/QC compliance, and resolve technical issues Take responsibility for project completion, handover, and client presentations Maintain documentation, lead team training, and provide project updates Build strong relationships with clients, operators, and the construction team
