Workshop Foreman

We are looking for an experienced and driven Vehicle Workshop Foreman to lead our team in Witbank. Must have experience working with premium brands such as BMW, Audi, or Mercedes-Benz. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workshop technicians. Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to ensure high standards of quality. Manage workflow to optimize efficiency and timely vehicle turnaround. Train and mentor junior technicians, promoting continuous skill development. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate parts orders to support operations. Conduct quality checks on completed jobs to maintain safety and customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs, timelines, and service updates. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Workshop Foreman with premium/volume brand experience. Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair techniques, and specific systems for brands such as BMW, Audi, or Mercedes-Benz. Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Valid South African Driver’s License and a clear criminal record.
