The role:

As a Compliance/Legal Associate at Hivest Capital, you will assist the CFO:

- Through the Investment/divestment/holding period of the investment :

o Control the investment/divestment is compliant with the LPA’s restrictions

o Perform KYC at closing and on a regular basis

o Manage/review legal documentation for standard operations (ex: FY accounts’ approval)

- Through the life of the Fund

o KYC of new LPs and on a regular basis

o Assist in the completion of the various questionnaires for AMF or any other authorities

o Help with legal topics that may arise

- Regarding other various topics

o Continuously review and update the management company’s procedures and policies

o Engage in regulatory watch and raise awareness among employees about compliance requirements

o Ensure the compliance of different topics with Hivest processes: ESG, GDPR, DORA…

What we expect from you:

- 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in a private equity fund and/or in compliance/internal control

- Graduated from a leading business school or university in finance (audit, compliance, or risk management) or law

- Entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability to work with various teams (investment, investor relations, compliance..)

- Autonomy

- Fluent in French and English
