Compensation and Benefits Intern, 6 months

At Global corporate Team level, Pluxee HR team includes a Compensation & Benefits team who is looking for an intern to participate to the tasks below.

Your next challenge

Ensure internal equity & external competitiveness of total reward packages by:

• Driving annual salary review and bonus processes,
• Overseeing international mobility process,
• Ensuring consistency & competitiveness of benefits programs,
• Supporting the HR function on compensation process
• Communicating on compensation process and timelines
• Defining salary bands
• Supporting the implementation of pay transparency European directive
• Supporting HR in their participation to compensation surveys

Compensation management: external & internal data analysis.

Trainings for HR and managers: communication support and content.

You’re a match

• You are a student and aim for a Bachelor or Master degree
• You are looking for a 6-month internship starting in January 2025
• You want to work in an international and multicultural environment
• You have strong analytical skills and you are curious about the story behind numbers
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• You are rigorous and you understand the issues of data confidentiality
• You’re fluent in English; professional proficiency French is a plus
