As the industry leader with a decentralized, family-owned structure, the Group Communications Department's mission is to raise Sonepar's profile, facilitate the production and distribution of information, and promote the sharing and implementation of initiatives, thus uniting all stakeholders around the Group’s development strategy.

We are looking for a Content Manager to replace our colleague during her maternity leave, reporting to the Brand and Content Director, whose duties will be as follows:

What will I do?

• Create and coordinate the publication of content for the Sonepar Group on owned channels, particularly on social networks.
• Participate in the Editorial Committee, synchronizing the Group's campaigns, sharing best practices, and global social media performance.
• Create visual content (videos, photoquotes, carrousels, etc.) ensuring brand consistency.
• Writing content directly in English.
• Distributing the Group's fortnightly internal newsletter to all associates.
• Monitor the Group's overall presence on social networks and produce a follow-up report.
• Manage employee advocacy platform.
• Collaborate with Market Directors, enhancing product and market content.
• Informing global executives of the latest market news via a fortnightly newsletter.
• Keeping global suppliers informed of the Group's latest news and acquisitions.
• Manage relations with communications agencies.
• Monitor news in real time and identify communication opportunities.
• Participate in and support the organization of HQ events with communications teams

What am I bringing to the team?

• At least 5 years of experience – B2B industry preferred
• Proven solid experience in content creation and social media
• Working in an international environment, you are fluent in written and spoken English
• You have knowledge of working with social media tools (Canva, Hootsuite, Meltwater)
• You have knowledge of Sharepoint Modern and other Microsoft tools
• You are a team player and aim to be a key element in a small team actively contributing to Sonepar’s brand awareness
• You're curious, innovative, and creative, you like to write and be daring
• You have an excellent general knowledge and enjoy working in a team
• You’re agile and like to propose "test & learn" solutions
• Autonomous and rigorous, you are known for your proactivity
• You are quick-witted, adaptable, organized and have excellent interpersonal skills
• You can interact with executives, create a climate of trust and appreciate the needs and expectations of all stakeholders
