Senior Researcher

Recruitment Researcher Trading, Portfolio Management.

Algo Capital Group is seeking a researcher to join our team; this candidate will own end-to-end research recruitment for all talent pipelines and inbound applications.

About the Role.

The position will be managing recruitment research end to end, managing all pipelines and searches for our clients.

Responsibilities.

• Conduct comprehensive research on financial markets, quantitative trading strategies, and industry trends.
• Working on searches for candidates for trading, quant trading, trading technology and ML.
• Write and craft compelling email campaigns.
• Develop compelling content for our social media platforms, company blog, and other digital channels.
• Running administration for campaigns and consultants in the business.
• Implement and manage our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence.
• Analyze content performance and optimize for maximum engagement.
• Own the CRM and data, manage any automation and simplify processes.
• Manage reporting for the business and key data trends.

Qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in financial research or content marketing, preferably in the fintech or quantitative finance sector
• Strong understanding of financial markets.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
