Job Description

We are recruiting for an outstanding Brand Marketing & Communications Manager for a non-profit professional membership body in the environmental and resource sector. This home-based role requires occasional visits to the London Hub, either monthly or more frequently if preferred.


In this position, you will lead brand and communications strategies to strengthen the organisation’s market presence and engagement with members, learners, and customers.


Responsibilities include developing brand guidelines, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent, compelling content across all channels.


You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Membership Growth and other team members to build brand awareness, drive engagement through social media and events, and oversee design consistency in marketing materials. Additionally, you will manage strategic partnerships and ensure alignment with the organisation’s overall objectives.


Skills required:

  • Proven experience in brand strategy and marketing communications.
  • Strong copywriting, social media management, and content development skills.
  • Experience managing creative agencies and overseeing design projects.
  • Ability to collaborate and foster relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Strong project management and strategic thinking skills, adaptable to dynamic environments.
