Job Summary : - We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer with years of experience. - In this role, you will work closely with research engineers and linguists to develop and enhance NLP systems in the speech synthesis domain. - This position requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, effective communication, and a passion for creating high-quality software. Roles & Responsibilities : - Develop NLP systems according to the project requirements - Collaborate with international language experts to incorporate diverse linguistic features - Work with large datasets to support language learning and model training - Analyse and implement changes as needed, ensuring all bugs are addressed and resolved - Deliver high-quality code with zero defects by following industry best practices and maintaining rigorous testing standards - Contribute to patent filing and intellectual property protection activities, as applicable Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from Tier 1 Colleges - 5-7 years of experience in Python development - Experience with NLP and machine learning frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement algorithms efficiently - Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g, Git) - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, bug-free software Extra Awesome : - Experience with speech synthesis or related domains - Knowledge of additional programming languages like Java - Knowledge of Web servers and databases (ref:hirist.tech)
