About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead our team in planning and developing innovative products that assist medical writers in generating high-quality Pharmacovigilance (PV) documents. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand the needs of medical writers, designing user-centric tools, and ensuring the successful delivery of these products.

Key Responsibilities

**Product Strategy and Planning**: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Pharmacovigilance documentation tools.

**Market Research**: Conduct market research and gather insights from medical writers, regulatory guidelines, and industry trends to inform product development.

**User-Centric Design**: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and effective user interfaces for medical writers.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product alignment and successful delivery. Develop value proposition, drive NPI marketing process, create sales qualifiers and train customer success & sales to support successful product and features launches and

releases

**Requirement Gathering**: Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements and translate them into actionable specifications.

**Product Development**: Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features.

**Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability and regulatory compliance. Ensure final deliverables meets business requirements and acceptance criteria by participating in product control tests

**Customer Feedback**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that all product features comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards for Pharmacovigilance documentation.

**Performance Metrics**: Define and drive performance goals for product adoption and success. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product.

**Speak at customer and internal steering meetings or conferences to share our product strategy, roadmap, and demo our product;

Your profile

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

- Proven track record of managing products related to Pharmacovigilance, regulatory documentation, or medical writing tools.

1. Demonstrated success defining and launching SaaS product(s)
2. Experience in AI/NLP preferred

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or Computer Science).

- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) is a plus.

- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Pharmacovigilance processes and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using product management and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

- Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
