Overview:
AccorInvest is undergoing a significant brand and identity transformation, requiring robust learning, communication, and engagement initiatives. In this role, you will be part of the Learning and Development team, developing relevant learning content, supporting people development programs, and crafting impactful HR communication campaigns. Your work will directly influence employee engagement, brand alignment, and knowledge-sharing across our international organization.
Your Role:
As a Learning and People Development Intern, you will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager, the Internal Communication team, and the Change Management Director to create and update impactful content, plan development initiatives, and support a culture of continuous learning. Your role will involve supporting the development of learning content, people development initiatives, and internal communications, all aligned with our new identity.
Main Responsibilities:
Learning Needs and Content Creation
- Assess Learning and Communication Needs: Support the L&D teams by conducting assessments and gathering insights from department heads and project leaders to understand emerging learning needs related to our brand and culture transformation.
- Develop Engaging Learning Materials: Work with subject matter experts and the L&D team to create and update learning materials that communicate our new identity, values, and priorities, using multimedia and interactive formats.
- Multimedia Content Production: Create digital learning content, presentations, and job aids to deliver engaging, accessible learning experiences. Shape learning materials to align with internal branding and development goals.
- Provide Resources and Tools: Develop and share resources that support onboarding, personal growth, and career progression in alignment with the new identity.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from participants to continuously refine learning content and delivery methods.
People Development Program Support
- Coordinate Development Initiatives: Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, and learning events focused on skills relevant to the new brand identity.
- Feedback Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from employees on learning and development initiatives to improve content and delivery continuously.
- Career Growth Resources: Create resources that support employee growth, aligning personal and professional development with the organization’s refreshed identity.
- Support HR Communication Campaigns: Collaborate with People Development, Change Management, and Internal Communication teams to design, execute, and monitor employee communication strategies that drive engagement with the brand and culture transformation.
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Learning and Development Enthusiast: Passionate about creating impactful, engaging learning experiences that foster growth and change.
- Marketing & Communication Skills: Proficient at creating engaging and visually appealing content that drives action and alignment.
- Adaptable and Collaborative: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborating with multiple teams.
- Creative and Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, SharePoint, Articulate); familiarity with internal communication platforms and social media is a plus.
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluent in English, with French is a plus.
