Our mission
Join Lifen to revolutionize healthcare with innovative digital solutions! We are looking for a fullstack developer to join our Documents team and help simplify the access, structuring, and sharing of medical data.
Your missions as a Chief of Staff
Executive Team performance and efficiency
- Sparring partner: work closely with the General Manager and assist him in his overall tasks and responsibilities
- Proxy: act as the voice of the General Manager, and be the decision-maker on certain topics
- Decision Support: research best market practices, provide valuable insights, analysis, and recommendations to assist the Executive Team in making informed decisions.
- Sit in on Exec meetings, and own agenda, materials, minutes and follow-up
- Prepare and lead Strategic seminars, to define long-term objectives and investment decisions
- Coordinate with the Executive Assistant on logistics & schedules
Company Operational Excellence and Alignment
- Put into place and oversee operational procedures
- Help define & track objectives (company OKRs, team KPIs)
- Master of the global company calendar: run theinternal operating rhythm of the company, aligning milestones, internal priorities and external commitments
Internal Communication
- Own the company’s rituals and internal communications (all-hands meetings)
- Ensure bottom-up information feedback from the teams to the execs
Investor communication and Advisor Management
- Prepare Board meetings and organize follow-up
- Coordinate Strategic Advisors’ tasks to make the most of their expertise
Special and strategic projects: lead or support cross-functional initiatives, together with the Executive team
- Market analysis and assessment of opportunities for partnerships or external growth
- Team structuration & reorganization projects
- Yearly Financial Forecast and long-term Business Plans
Take on temporary responsibilities for unfilled positions, i.e. interim management of a Team
The profile we're looking for
We are looking for a “Swiss Knife” who can work across the whole organization, someone who is highly structured, with a strong business and strategic acumen.
You have a business or engineering background, with 1/3 year experience in a fast-growing environment (start-up, scale-up, consulting, venture capital, etc)
You have experience in cross-functional project management and implementation of processes and procedures
You are curious, flexible, versatile and adjust easily. You wish to ramp-up quickly on strategic, demanding and diverse missions
You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as excellent communication and writing skills (French & English)
You are organized, autonomous and hard-worker
You are proficient with Excel and Powerpoint / Google Suite
You want to work in an organization that thrives to improve the Healthcare sector and patient care
Office Presence : 3 days/week minimum
Nice to have
- Prior experience in strategic consulting, entrepreneurship, or a comparable position in another structure
- Knowledge of the Healthcare Sector / AI & Data
