Regeneron is entering a new chapter in its growth phase with the new opening as a Regional Sales Manager South Respiratory - Directeur/rice Régional(e) Paris & Région Est Respiratoire – France to lead the sales team within a specific geographical region according to company/alliance goals and objectives with the aim of accelerating growth and bringing innovative medicines.

As Directeur(rice) Régional(e) Paris & Région Est/Regional Sales Manager Paris & Eastern Region – Respiratoire Immunologie – France, a typical day might include the following:

  1. Leading and coaching the Sales Specialist Team in a designated area through appropriate leadership.
  2. Providing relevant feedback, coaching, training interventions, development planning, and talent management to ensure team success.
  3. Sharing best practices by identifying the most effective methodologies and sharing these insights with the Sales Specialist team.
  4. Expanding Regeneron's reputation and relationships with Key HCPs.
  5. Providing input into Regional and Local Account plans, ensuring plans are operationalized with clear tactical plans assigned to each team member.
  6. Ensuring sales targets and goals are met through effective management and deployment of resources.
  7. Acting in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice and Regeneron SOPs.

This role might be for you if:

  1. You have several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry with demonstrable account management experience and proven commercial sales success.
  2. You are passionate about Team Management, with a strong ability to manage & coach a sales team, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. You are committed to working in collaboration and developing excellent partnerships internally & externally; previous experience in an alliance is highly desired.
  4. You hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, or the social, biological, or physical sciences.
  5. You speak French fluently; any additional language skills are an advantage.
  6. You have 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience in Immunology, ideally in Pulmonology.
  7. You are comfortable with regular travel and have a valid driver's license. Conversational English would be desirable, but not required.
