Job description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our innovative platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Key responsibilities
- Enhance our social media presence and boost brand awareness through strategic influencer marketing and paid advertisements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Broaden our reach within specific local communities globally, tailoring strategies to meet diverse cultural and regional needs.
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Lead the creation of compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Report on key performance metrics and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Min. 5 years of experience in marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
