Food and Beverage Manager

The Bloomsbury Hotel is looking for an exceptionally talented Food & Beverage Manager.

To effectively manage the Food and Beverage team to ensure a standard of service that meets and exceeds guest’s expectations while achieving and surpassing profitability and revenue goals for these areas. Moreover, to provide excellent guest service and genuine hospitality by creating memorable luxury experiences in line with the hotel and company standards. To anticipate guests needs and deal with all enquires in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the smooth running of the Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring the highest levels of customer service
• Fully aware of the day’s business, arrivals, departures and conferences and to ensure proactive planning takes place to ensure the guest’s expectations are met
• Dealing with all guest requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring you engage with the teams and ensure an exceptional working environment
• To ensure that you align with the senior management team to drive excellent cross department communication
