Robosoft Technologies - Product Analyst - R/Python

POSITION PURPOSE : Smart and driven data analysts to be part the product team and help drive the growth and success of the product POSITION CONTEXT : The candidate in this role will need to have deep technical skills to complement their analytical experience. The ideal candidate will be scrappy, independent, action oriented and excited about building data insights to influence product priorities. Education : - Graduate degree, preferably in Engineering / Statistics/ Operational Research/ Computer Science/ Mathematics or equivalent training or work experience. Experience : - 5-6 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics. Preferably within a digital business. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES : - Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL development and tools. - Expertise in SQL/Hive, Big Query, R and/or Python. - Experience in managing high scale data. - A solid grasp of common statistical applications and methods. BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES : - The ability to clearly and effectively communicate the results of complex analyses - Strong Attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and collaboration skills - Flexibility and ability to multi-task in results-driven environment - Excellent Time Management - Cross Group Collaboration - Positive attitude and ability to work productively in an open environment AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Work with the corporate office & product team to drive analytics hypothesis generation, solution structuring, & problem solving. 2. Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer journey and current trends to improve initiatives. 4. Dive deep into data and generate data-based insights to identify opportunities for growth. 5. Build and maintain automated dashboards to drive awareness and understanding of metrics. 6.
