Job Description : As a Graphic Designer at Ctruh, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging and impactful designs across various digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring that all design work aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities : - Design Creation : Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, websites, brochures, and advertisements. - Tool Proficiency : Utilize design software such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to create high-quality visuals that meet project requirements. - Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing channels. - Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and messaging to create designs that effectively communicate our brand's message. - Video Editing : Use basic video editing tools to create short promotional videos, social media content, and animations. - Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. - Creative Ideation : Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas and design concepts to enhance our marketing efforts. Qualifications : - Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing agency. - Technical Skills : Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and basic video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). - Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print projects. - Creativity : High level of creativity with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout design. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members. - Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
