Job Description
Minimum requirements: Grade 12 Minimum of 2 years in customer service, sales administration, or a related administrative role, preferably in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or B2B environments Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus Customer Focused: A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Problem Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities Consultant: Marezel Erasmus - Dante Personnel Cape Town
