Junior Marketing Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Manager to join a long established business in Redditch.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with one-year marketing experience to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

This is a "blank slate" role in which you will work closely with the Managing Director to create content that will drive attention to the business.

The business currently turns over in excess of £6m per year with very little marketing activity, so the potential is really high to make a big impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed marketing strategies to enhance awareness of the company’s business initiatives.
• Oversee social media marketing campaigns and manage daily activities.
• Create and curate content topics that resonate with the company's target audience.
• Continuously monitor and analyze online interactions, industry trends, and customer feedback across all platforms. This involves:
• Tracking, evaluating, and analyzing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of the strategies implemented and to refine future campaigns

Requirements

• A degree in marketing or a related field
• No experience in a previous marketing role needed
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in design and/or copywriting
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and a readiness to bring fresh ideas
• A positive attitude with the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
