Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Credit Model Development & Enhancement: Lead the design and ongoing improvement of credit models, scorecards, and analytics tools to align with industry standards and regulations. Credit Automation & Decisions: Drive initiatives to automate and streamline the credit evaluation and approval processes, ensuring responsible lending practices and high-quality asset placements. Risk Management: Assess and manage credit risk across client portfolios, conducting thorough credit assessments and adjusting risk parameters as needed to ensure quality asset acquisition. Client-Centric Solutions: Understand client needs, provide proactive and innovative credit solutions, and maintain strong relationships to support their financial goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business to optimize credit models, improve performance, and address challenges in credit assessment, approval, and risk management. Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports to track credit performance, model accuracy, and risk metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously refine strategies. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide junior credit analysts, providing training and support to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.
