Quality Manager

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant degree (Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology etc.) At least 5 years suitable experience BRC, HACCP, AVCASA experience and training Internal Auditing Training Citrus quality experience - essential Strong leadership and management qualities  Duties and Responsibilities: Food Safety: Deputy leader of Food Safety Team Assist with Managing, implementing, maintaining and auditing of the Food Safety System Monitor and advise on continuous improvement of the Food Safety System.
