MANAGERS ASSISTANT/SALES PROCESSOR Industry: Automotive Industry Location: Maitland (Cape Town) Salary: R7 000 R8 000 (Negotiable depending on experience) A Wholesaler and retailer of automotive replacement parts are currently looking to employ a Managers Assistant/ Sales Processor to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their branch in Maitland Requirements: Grade 12 25 30 Must have Sales Processing and Pricing experience Will receive training on ERP System. Must have good communication skills and be well presented Must have the ability to work in a computerized environment Must be target driven and a team player Own Transport Duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting Branch Manager with Daily Sales and visiting clients Provide telephonic, email and online communication and demonstrations to build loyal client relationships Confirm orders Process orders Pricing Quotes Responsible for processing and generating leads to the sales team to produce sales targets Confirm appointments, communicate with clients and update client records All administrative duties as given by Branch Manager
