REQUIREMENTS Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end sales order process High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing, tracking, and client communications Fast and Accurate data capturing skills Strong knowledge of manufacturing, production workflows, and order management processes Good computer literacy Able to multi-task effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment DUTIES Manage the full lifecycle of sales orders from initial receipt to completion, ensuring all steps are followed accurately and on time Work closely with the sales and production teams to align order timelines with production schedules Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and any order-related inquiries Provide exceptional customer service by proactively managing client expectations and resolving any issues that may arise during the production or delivery process Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of materials required for each order Monitor inventory levels and communicate material requirements to avoid any delays in the production process Oversee logistics and delivery arrangements to ensure that completed orders reach clients on time and in the expected condition Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to optimise delivery schedules and troubleshoot any logistical challenges Collaborate with the production team to ensure that client requirements and quality standards are met in every order Provide hands-on support as needed to facilitate smooth communication and workflow between the production floor and client-facing departments General office management Salary: Dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
