We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for a M&A Integration Intern to join our team and contribute to supporting the integration of new acquisitions into the EFOR organization.



About Your Role:

As an M&A Integration Intern at EFOR, you will support the integration of acquired companies into our operational framework. You will also assist in the development of a standardized integration methodology. Your involvement will help in managing projects that align with our growth objectives and in refining the process of incorporating new acquisitions into EFOR's business operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Integration: Collaborate with various functional teams to support the integration of acquired companies.
  • Presentation Development: Create engaging and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate on integration projects
  • Progress Tracking: Produce and maintain documents that track the progress of integration projects and provide regular performance reports.
  • Documentation Contribution: Contribute to the creation and standardization of integration methodologies, ensuring clear and accessible documentation.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in management, finance, or a related field.
  • Expertise in creating PowerPoint presentations, effectively designing and organizing materials to communicate complex information clearly and professionally
  • Project management skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • The position is based in Paris.
