Seeking Student Services Assistant

CEA CAPA hosts US college students throughout the world. In Florence, we look to fill FT positions for 2025. The Student Services Assistant will serve as the first point of reference and support for students, accompany activities and excursions, and assist other staff to ensure a positive experience abroad for all our students, including reception desk duties. Participation in our emergency phone rotation is required. Qualifications: Candidates must speak Italian and English. Open and excited to meet new people. Interested in our students’ experiences abroad. Mature, empathetic, responsible, flexible, and capable of multitasking. An extrovert who loves to be around young people, with a sunny demeanor, a sense of humor, and an outgoing personality. Previous experience in a study abroad environment is a plus.
