Web Developer: TXT E-TECH is seeking a Low-Code Developer with a strong background in Web Development and Web Performance Optimization. As a core member of the web development team, you will collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, SEO specialists, and fellow developers to enhance the frontend experience of our websites. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering high-performing, user-friendly websites while also employing low-code tools to speed up delivery. Key Responsibilities: Frontend Customization: Collaborate with UX/UI Designers and SEO team to improve the website’s user interface, ensuring seamless usability and optimized design. Performance Optimization: Utilize your expertise in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to optimize code, compress images, and improve load times. Technical SEO: Implement best practices for technical SEO, enhancing site performance and search engine rankings. Google Tag Manager (GTM) Management: Configure and maintain GTM and ensure smooth data tracking with Google Analytics 4. Search Console Issue Resolution: Identify and address technical issues through Google Search Console to improve website health and performance. Landing Page Development: Build and optimize landing pages to drive conversion and improve overall site performance. Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify frontend issues and perform debugging activities to maintain an error-free user experience. Indispensable Technical Skills: CMS Experience: Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or similar platforms to manage and optimize web content. HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript: Expert knowledge and experience in writing clean, optimized code. WebGL Knowledge: Ability to integrate WebGL for interactive 3D graphics in modern browsers. Design System Understanding: Strong grasp of design systems and scalable frontend project management to maintain consistent design and structure. Technical SEO: Experience in implementing strategies to improve website performance, focusing on factors like page speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO. Web Performance Tools: Familiarity with performance testing tools such as Google Lighthouse or PageSpeed Insights. Behavioral Skills: Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement and implement practical solutions. Team Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with team members across departments, including designers and marketers.
