Posizione Boutique tour operator, specialised in luxury travels for foreign B2C customers in Italy, is looking for a TRAVEL SALES SPECIALIST . Focus: Italy luxury travels for foreign groups. What is valuable in this opportunity: Permanent contract Generous variable package Opportunity to learn and grow Small context where independency and taking decision is valued and rewarded This opportunity is for you if you are a passionate travel agent or sales specialist with a few years of experience and fluent English eager to make the difference in a growing company and to provide the best experience for people visiting Italy. Activities: Manage travel requests and create complete travel proposals throughout Italy. Interact with clients (they may be in different time zones). Manage accounts and the entire process with suppliers, down to basic accounting. Check and confirm availabilities, pricing and details with suppliers. Prepare contracts and collect payments. Follow through sold travel programs, suppliers' invoices and questions from customers. Respond to questions and sort issues and emergencies that may arise during travel, including off-hours (availability is scheduled). Support translations, preparation of documents and marketing materials, outreach, newsletter and social media activities. There may be the occasional need to assist and accompany clients on the ground. Requisiti English at a native or similar level (C1 or C2). Italian fluent as well (Not less than C1). 3 years of experience in online and offline travel sales. Experience in luxury travel or tourism (especially in wine & food experiences) will be considered a plus. Precision, organizational skills, and enjoy working in a timely and efficient manner. Thorough knowledge of Italy . Willing to work in the office 5/5. Pay grade and salary: Permanent contract. Paygrade and salary commensurate with the actual competence and experience level of the candidate. Range: 25-35K, plus variable and benefits. Working place: Firenze, town center.
