Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a CDP chef position in a fine dining environment Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure. Well spoken and well presented individual. Must have grade 12. Must be able to work independently Formal cooking degree/diploma preferable. Candidate will be required to: Create and maintain recipes.
