Job Type: Permanent Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a Chef de Partie position within a 4/5 Hotel / Guest House Polite, friendly and organised person with a strong personality that can think on their feet Well-spoken and well-presented individual Must be able supervise and manage the junior chefs on the breakfast shift Must have grade 12 with a formal culinary qualification Must be reliable and able to work independently and under pressure Previous experience with banqueting, catering for up to 150 pax
