Job Description

REQUIREMENTS: Matric, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant Excellent communication skills Maturity in handling situations confidentiality and professionally Strong computer and typing abilities Proactive, and taking initiative FIC knowledge and what is required to be FIC compliant as an accountable institution is a bonus Flexible, and adaptable to change Valid drivers license and own transport Some financial exposure, advantageous DUTIES : Work with the MD and FD ensuring all meetings, events, cocktails that are hosted are managed, planned and arranged timeously Diary Management of MD and FD and screening of calls Ensuring that all necessary information and documentation required for daily diary activities are provided Scheduling appointments and meetings Able to follow up and ensure sub-contractors have submitted quotes and work is completed proficiently Extensive liaison with clients Manage, proofread and check standard contracts ensuring everything is fill in correctly Manage financial basic costings for sales of products assisting with profit calculations Typing up of quotes, contracts and confidential documents Answering incoming calls and attending to enquiries Dealing with email correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the Directors Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for business and personal travel Ordering of consumables and stationery Marketing and newsletters Coordinate courier services Salary: R25,000 R30,000 ctc depending on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
