Job Description
Job Type: Permanent Job description includes: 1. Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols in designated areas to deter and detect poaching activities. This involves walking, driving, or using other modes of transportation to cover vast terrain. 2. Monitoring: Use surveillance equipment such as cameras, drones, and GPS tracking systems to monitor wildlife movement and detect any suspicious activities in real-time. 3. Wildlife Protection: Ensure the safety and well-being of endangered species by staying alert to potential threats and taking immediate action to prevent poaching incidents. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with local communities, law enforcement agencies, and conservation organizations to gather intelligence, share information, and coordinate anti-poaching efforts effectively. 5. Training and Capacity Building: Provide training to park rangers, volunteers, and community members on anti-poaching techniques, wildlife conservation, and the importance of protecting endangered species. 6. Crisis Management: Act swiftly and decisively in times of crisis, such as during poaching incidents or wildlife emergencies, to mitigate risks and protect the wildlife under your care. 7.
