Upfluence develops and sells an influencer marketing software worldwide. Our software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. Since the launch of the software in October 2016, the company has shown impressive growth rate and we are looking to expand even more. Our team is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico and Lyon.
What we expect from you
As the Head of Growth, you will be pivotal in driving our company's expansion by spearheading user acquisition and sales pipeline strategies. We seek someone who lives and breathes paid ads, is exceptionally data-centric, and can oversee inbound demand generation while consistently delivering innovative growth tactics. If you are passionate about growth, highly analytical, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to have you lead our growth initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Paid Ads and User Acquisition: Design, implement, and optimize inbound performance marketing campaigns to attract new users and schedule demos for the sales team. This involves leveraging paid advertising, email marketing, event marketing, social media strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to enhance conversions at every stage of the funnel.
- Experimentation and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, and experiments, and deploy growth tactics to maximize conversions and drive incremental qualified demos for the sales team, always challenging the status quo.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics to uncover growth opportunities, understand user behavior, and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for growth-related initiatives, ensuring optimal spending to achieve the best return on investment.
- Strategy and Market Development: Identify and evaluate new markets or user segments (geographies, demographics, verticals) aligned with our growth objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and other teams to align growth initiatives across departments, ensuring integrated and non-siloed efforts.
- Marketing Operations Management: Ensure efficient operation of marketing tools and processes to support the top-of-the-funnel (TOFU) to middle-of-the-funnel (MOFU) pipeline and conversion funnels.
This job is for you if:
- You have at least 5 years of experience (full-time, CDI) in demand generation and managing paid ad campaigns, including SEA, LinkedIn, programmatic ads, and Meta; experience in an agency setting is a plus.
- You possess a strong performance marketing and data-driven mindset
- You have a proven track record in driving pipeline growth for B2B SaaS companies
- You are skilled in conversion optimization and maximizing ROI
- You are creative, curious, and adept at diving into problem-solving
- You demonstrate a high level of trustworthiness and integrity in your work.
- You have a keen attention to detail.
- You are fluent in English, as our primary operations are in the US.
