Senior Demand Generation Manager - F/M/X

Job Description
In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for demand generation campaigns and lead generation activities, deeply understanding the business priorities, associated product roadmaps, as well as internal and external users and audiences.
You will build full-funnel partner marketing plans, creative campaigns and relevant experiences, which will deliver ROI and meet sales targets.
You will be accountable for coordinating between the line of business and Product Management to deliver campaign assets to partners and customers in localized formats.
As a team leader, your responsibilities are:Drive the demand generation activities:
- Develop and implement a multi-channel demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
Maximize the funnel conversion:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Plan and execute field marketing activities, including webinars, events, trade shows, and user groups to engage prospects and customers.
- Monitor and optimize marketing KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Create content from the Product Marketing team to generate interest in TEHTRIS solutions.
Localize global strategy, campaigns, and assets to territories.
Manage internal communications to the field highlighting new campaign updates and timelines.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team focused on driving full-funnel marketing for an exciting ecosystem that continues to grow.
You’ll have the opportunity to share feedback around the voice of the customer and partners, capture learnings, and establish best practices.
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in Demand Generation, Lead Generation, or Content marketing campaigns, preferably in a very technical and SaaS environment.
You are accountable for creating marketing content and have successful and proven managerial experience.
Additionally, you have:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and automation strategies and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. You're definitely KPI-oriented: MQL, MQL to SAL, CPL, ROI, and various engagement metrics.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- * Understanding of the cybersecurity industry is a big plus.
- You want to work in an international context; you are fluent in spoken and written English!
