Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and control activities, including supervising site operations and managing staff.
  • Manage costs and stakeholder expectations through effective communication and sound commercial decisions.
  • Support the management and mitigation of contract risk with all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the delivery and production of maintenance schedules in line with SFG20, Forward Additional Services Plan (FASP), and Statements of Need (SON).
  • Ensure efficient and economical operations to promote a profitable business.
Requirements:
  • Qualified and experienced engineer in electrical or mechanical disciplines with good supervisory skills.
  • Practical experience with Safe Systems of Work, including the management of JSP375 across multiple sites.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions.
  • Willingness to perform overtime and participate in ‘out of hours on call’ as needed.
  • Experience in an MOD environment is desirable but not essential.
