About the role:

As our seasoned recruiter, you know what's up. But here's the deal:

• You'll be the driving force behind our tech and digital talent recruitment, owning the process from start to finish.
• Dive into our network of clients, show them why we're the go-to choice for their hiring needs.
• It's not just about placements; it's about building relationships and supporting candidates every step of the way.
• Be the trusted advisor for our clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Shout about your successes! Our marketing team will help you build your personal brand.

To rock this role, you should have:

• Previous recruitment experience of 360 Contract recruitment,
• Strong Client Development and New Business skills
• Ideally working in a vertical market
• A passion for connecting with candidates and staying ahead of recruiting trends.
• Expertise in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Organizational skills and the drive to succeed.
• A genuine love for all things tech and digital.
