Application Support Engineer

Looking for candidates having the experience with Front end Customer interaction. Must to have : - Excellent written and verbal communication. 1 to 2 years application support experience - Understanding customer issues and providing quick resolution via direct communication, mail, chat, phone etc. - Working in experience in multi team environment - P2P application monitoring and support - Handling/notifying application/network issues - Able to categories issues/tickets and reach out to needed team members quickly - Reporting skills to provide daily /weekly/monthly reports and highlighting any issues to next levels - Good English and Hindi communication skills and good inter-personnel skills. - Articulate and writing skills - Desirable: MySQL/SQL Database, cloud platform, any programming knowledge such as .Net etc. Education : Graduate : B.Tech/B.E. preferably Comp/IT graduate, BCA, B.Sc. (IT) Experience : 1 to 2 years' experience working in support/developer role.
