Senior Product Designer - Figma/Adobe XD

Job Description : Role & Responsibilities : - Collaborate with business, product and engineering teams to understand the product vision and ensure the design goals are aligned to it. - Develop design recommendations based on gaps and business impact and identify metrics they impact. - Create and maintain simple and complex design systems. - Produce high fidelity mockups. Enhance the visual language and make recommendations accordingly. - Champion the voice of the user and shape solutions that resonate with them. Develop a deep understanding of drives and patterns that can guide design decisions. - Follow, educate and execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. - Proficiency in creating high fidelity wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, rapid prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Align stakeholders on the design decisions based on deep research and mastery of design craft. Ideal Candidate : - Proven experience of 5-8 years as a Senior Designer or a Design Lead, preferably in a product based startup. - Strong preference for B2C fintech experience and an awareness of fintech related platforms/apps (MUST) Alumni from design colleges preferred - Ability to lead and guide design decisions across the organization - Demonstrated mastery of design craft with a strong portfolio of design projects - Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq) - Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus - Problem-solving aptitude, analytical mindset with a business acumen - Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to liaise directly with the product or business team without requiring design hand holding - Know how of design thinking methodologies to innovate product and solutions keeping in mind best in class apps (ref:hirist.tech)
