Job Description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (C-SUAS) of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Plan, manage, and implement Counter Small Unmanned Systems (C-sUAS) program area requirements to include manpower programming, mission requirements, contract and resource management, fiscal planning, and budgeting; Conduct comprehensive analytical and evaluative methods of regulatory programs in order to select and apply appropriate program evaluation and measurement techniques; Evaluate and develop policy, processes and procedures for compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency of C-sUAS program operations; Apply complex fact finding, program management, and problem solving methods and techniques to brief and provide recommendations to all internal and external organizational levels.
