ABOUT THE ROLE The Integrated Marketing Manager leads strategic marketing initiatives for the product portfolio. Key duties include researching to enhance product marketing efforts with innovative strategies and tactics, developing and implementing go-to-market strategies to achieve sourcing revenue and brand awareness goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging. The role involves managing product and brand narrative across markets, executing integrated marketing activities, creating compelling marketing materials, and monitoring industry developments to maintain a competitive edge. Key Responsibilities Work with the Global Omnichannel Campaigns Director to develop product and brand multi-channel campaigns storytelling. Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and develop comprehensive project briefs across a variety of channels/platforms. Ensure that all marketing channels activities fulfill the briefs and are perfectly consistent with the brand and product guidelines and objectives. Translate brand and product elements into consumer go-to-market strategies. Work effectively to deliver results in a team environment and cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Itinerary Planning, and Product and Revenue Management departments. Project Manage end-to-end execution and delivery of projects and provide operational support across initiatives. Develop tailored brand and product storytelling across marketing channels based on the strategic objectives and communicate recommendations to executives. Drive projects forward, meeting and managing tasks’ deadlines in an effective manner. Proactively research and implement new tools and workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field experience. 6 years in brand marketing for Luxury goods. 5 years in managing product campaigns storytelling. Experience giving direction, coordinating workflow, and driving key decisions between go-to-market team members, internal stakeholders, channel owners, and creative team/agencies. Experience launching new and revamped consumer products into the marketplace. Well versed in channels including web, digital media, social media, out-of-home, email, print, and other mediums. Strong understanding of consumer product brand and competitive research. Have analytical and structured thinking. Strong understanding of how to package a thorough and insightful positioning and messaging strategy. Cross-functional leadership expertise in a fast-paced and complex environment. Bring together the information, the resources, and the forums to get work done on time. Adept at managing campaign briefs across all aspects of the cross-channel marketing assets execution. Strong time-management skills with the ability to understand priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices. Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities. Self-starter with ability to maintain poise when dealing with ambiguity. We know there's a lot to consider.
